Château du Rêve wine production is primarily determined by the varieties and quality of grapes
growing in the vineyard region of West Morava. In addition to wine varieties, the production is also
determined by the quality of technology used to process grape, by the knowledge and patience of people that tend to nurture and prepare the wine for bottle filling as well as by the modern and safe bottle filling technology.
By handling all its wines with the same care and dedication, we offers a persistant quality and recognisability and thus retains continuous trust of its consumers and wine connoisseurs.

Red Velvet

Red Velvet is a remarkable quality non-alcholic dry red wine. It is a proprietary blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Its color is a brilliant ruby. The nose is full of red fruit and berries with a wonderful complex aroma and a rich and intence taste. Its herbal fruity tones make this wine unforgettable. The Red Velvet is best served at 15-17ºC. The Red Velvet goes well with wildflowl, meat cutlets, lamb, grilled meats, and is perfect with hard cheeses.

Rose Royale

Rose Royale is non-alcocholic semidry rosé wine. It is produced from Petit Verdot and Sangiovese that undergoes a short cold maceration from which delicate rosé color is obtained. Notes of fresh wild strawberries, pomegranate, roses and yellow peach are complimented with mouth quenching acidity. The alluring mix of fragrances from Petit Verdot and the freshness from Sangiovese with bitter note on the finish, which makes this fruity wine taste pleasantly dry, makes it an ideal summer drink. It is best when combined with white cheese, salads and cold dishes, chicken, fish and shellfish. To be served at 6-8°C.

Perle de Blanc

The form Perle de Blancis a quality non-alcholic dry white wine. It is a crisp dry blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon with yellowish-green nuance. It is a wine with complex aroma typical for the grape variety, with emphasized aroma of tropical fruits - pineapple, mango, citruses, but also melon and apple. The taste is long lasting, soft, balanced, and fresh. It is an excellent companion for aged cheese, green salad, white meat, fish, and seafood. The wine should be served lightly chilled at 6-8C.
